How often to turn a mattress?

If your mattress is designed to be flipped and turned then we recommend doing this at least every 3-6 months. The more regularly the mattress is rotated and flipped the better for comfort, support and longevity.

1000 Pocket Spring Mattress

A 1000 pocket spring mattress can be described as an entry level of pocket springs in a mattress. It's important to note that the exact number will vary up and down from 1000 depending on the size of the mattress. Most manufacturers will base the advertised number of pocket springs on either a King or Super King pocket spring mattress.

Rotating Your Mattress

If your mattress is designed to be rotated then it's important to try and do this every 3-6 months. By rotating the mattress you are giving the layers and springs of the mattress time to rest and recover from the pressure that is placed on it every night.
