Delivery & Returns


Once we receive your order and production starts, our client service team will be in touch to arrange delivery. We always work with clients to find a date and time that works for you to make the arrival of your new mattress as stress free as possible.

A Glencraft mattress is a large and heavy piece of furniture. It's important to ensure that there is enough space and access height to move the mattress into position. We recommend measuring in advance to avoid any problems upon delivery. If you anticipate any problems then contacting the client support team once you have placed your order:

UK Shipping (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) is free for orders over £150. *Exclusions apply. For Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland please phone, or email, our office for a delivery price prior to placing on order online.

Glencraft offers global shipping via our partners and can provide a quote on request.


In the unfortunate instance that your goods are delivered to you damaged or faulty we will arrive at your home and take the item away. Please call our Dispatch Team on 01224 873366 to arrange a suitable day for us to pick up your item.

If your item is not damaged or faulty, and you have changed your mind and wish to return it, all we ask is that your item is still in perfect condition, and where possible ensure they are in the original packaging (you can open the packaging to inspect your item). Please be aware that there will be a collection charge. Items can be exchanged within a 14 day period from the date of delivery (online orders only).
